Terry grew up in Kennewick Washington, graduating from Kennewick High School in 1968. He attended Gonzaga Law School and passed the Washington State Bar in 1983. Terry has practiced law in Kennewick since then and has handled a wide variety of cases as a general practitioner.

His current practice focuses on Personal Injury, Estate Planning, Probate, Criminal, Civil, and Construction Litigation. Terry is also very proud of the fact that he has been a Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Coach since 2009.
